How to Apply
Current Grace School Family
To begin the Online Application process for an additional student, log in to the FACTS ParentWeb Portal and click on Apply/Enroll to create your new sibling application.
Previous Applicant/Previous Grace Family
If you have previously applied to Grace but do not currently have any enrolled students (for instance, if you are applying for the younger sibling of a graduate), you will need to log back into your application account that you created when you first applied. If needed, you can reset your password using the "Forget your password?" tool on the login screen or contact our Admissions Director at (805)574-9051 or email cwilburn@gracebrethren.com for help accessing your account.
First Time Applicant
To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Then log into your account and provide the information necessary to Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your child's application at any time by selecting the Student’s Name.
NOTE: Grace School uses email to communicate with you both during the process of applying and during your experience as an enrolled family. Please make sure you add gracebrethrenschools.com and renweb.com to your contacts list to prevent important emails from going to your spam folder.
Please be sure to select the correct school year and grade level when beginning your application. Kindergarten applicants, select "K1." Students who assess into K2 will be moved in the system after assessment.
